Happy 4 Month Birthday, Christian

Ahhhh, my boy is now 4 months old. At the doctor's office yesterday Christian weighed 15 pounds and 1 ounce (with clothes) and was 25 1/2" long. Poor baby also got three immunization shots, one right after the other, in his chubby thigh.

Christian and I have been doing squats and no upper body work. He is hating tummy time right now, but needs it badly. Dr. Suarez told us to hold in his elbows to work out his upper body. From his back, he is rolling onto his side, but no further because of that pesky arm that is getting stuck underneath him as he tries for his belly. From his belly, he is not rolling over at the moment. He gets extremely mad and kicks out both legs at the same time. When you pick him up after making him suffer through tummy time, he'll give you a piece of his mind for a couple minutes until he cools off. He is a strong little fellow and will be crawling in no time.

Let's see, any other milestones? He is definitely laughing and giggling as well as talking "goo" to us. In the doctor's office today Dr. Suarez found some ticklish spots that cracked both of them up. Julie can make him laugh good also. Me? I usually get one good laugh and then have to switch up my technique because he doesn't find it amusing anymore.
