Another First!

Last night, at 3am, for the first time ever, I felt our little romper stomper kick!!

I came to bed, trying to be quiet and not wake Julie up, but she did and then she said the baby just started doing laps in her belly. For the first time, I could actually feel what was going on in there. So amazing. I left my hand on there for a few minutes, spending some good ol' quality time with my boy.

I can't wait to see him face to face.

IT'S A BOY!!

It's official! We're having a baby boy. Julie and I had an appointment on Wednesday, July 6th for a sonogram when we got the news. Julie bolted to San Antonio to finish up all the baby boy shopping and registering.

I'm thrilled about having a baby boy, but I started thinking...that's a lot of pressure. He's going to be looking up to me. I have to be a role model. That's ok though, I'm definitely up for it.

Now, about naming him...
